The Heart of the Storm

This image is part of a rare generous archive donated to the Library of Congress and photographed by Carol M. Highsmith. The tremendous amount of work by her helped to document the sights of the American life throughout 20th and 21st centuries. This is the reason why Highsmith is also known as America's Photographer.

This image of one of the most documented realities of our lives tells us that we're aware. And as you can see, our silver lining is actually in full-color 3D. Highsmith took this picture in October 2018 around Dewey-Humboldt, Arizona.
