Midnight Express to the Moon

During Apollo 11, after 3 days of traveling from Earth to the moon, this photograph was taken as they were just entering the dark side of the moon. Since behind the moon cannot be observed from the Earth, they were going out of contact with all humans. This photo was taken hours before the first lunar insertion maneuver to start the main part of the mission (otherwise they were on a free trajectory back to Earth).

A fine poster for fine people, it's a giclée-print on a durable archival matte paper so the ink doesn't fade away after years on the wall. All prints are shipped two to five business days after your purchase and they're shipped rolled in a tube. It might not be a lot of fun to flatten it when you receive it. However, it would be ideal if you have a frame to use right away. Please note that this item is just the poster itself and does not include the frame.
